THE INSTRUCTORS
Sunday Morning Classes: Jen
Hello, Tiny Lions yogis! My name is Jen and I lead the Sunday morning yoga with cats classes. By day, I'm a scientist and the rest of the time, I'm a movement enthusiast. When I'm not grounded on my yoga mat you can find me hanging out in the air on an aerial hoop or walking my dogs around Saline. I firmly believe that yoga is for everybody and for all bodies and I endeavor to create classes that are accessible and inclusive. As a scientist, I approach everything with curiosity (especially my yoga practice!) and I will encourage you to do the same. See you on the mat!
Thursday Evening Classes: Taylor
Taylor is a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor who has been teaching Thursday night yoga classes at Tiny Lions Cat Café since October 2021. A lifelong cat lover, Taylor finds joy in combining mindfulness with the calming presence of feline companions. With additional training in Reiki, Taylor brings a grounding, heart-centered approach to each session, helping students find moments of calm and connection. Outside the studio, Taylor enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their beloved pets—Crouton, a fluffy Siberian cat, and two affectionate golden retrievers, Enzo and Colin.
