Is there a point where armor becomes too heavy for buhurt?

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about armor lately, and the question of weight keeps coming up. At what point does protection become less important than your ability to move and fight effectively, or in other words...is there a point where armor becomes too heavy for buhurt? I want to know peoples experience with maximum protection vs what seems to be a sweet spot between protection and stamina. I am trying to balance the best of both worlds.

That depends on your personal strengths! The most armored up fighter is not always the best fighter; if you're slow and tire quickly because of your plate, you're just a stationary target. Find a good balance of medieval armor, mobility, and protection. A lighter fighter who moves faster can have massive advantages by being harder to hit, or by circling around and assisting pinned teammates. The best thing to do is test out different armor amounts with training partners. Check what Medieval Extreme recommends.
