Anyone dealt with collision repair shops that actually do quality work without overcharging?
My car got hit in a parking lot last week and I need to find a decent body shop. Not looking for the cheapest option but want something reliable. Has anyone actually used a shop they were happy with for collision work?

After my Silverado got sideswiped in a parking lot, I wasted two weeks chasing shops that either quoted insane prices or wanted to use aftermarket panels with sketchy fitment. A friend who runs a fleet told me he skips the body shop lottery entirely when frame damage enters the picture, just cycles the truck out and moves on. I ended up browsing chevrolet work trucks at Culver City Chevrolet and picked up a clean used 2500HD with a full service folder. For something that earns its keep daily, I'd rather roll into a fresh truck than babysit a repaired one that might never drive the same.
