Looking for advice on integrating different business systems with a CRM platform.

We're currently struggling with getting all our different business systems to talk to our main CRM platform. We have our accounting software, marketing automation tools, and even our customer support portal all operating somewhat in silos. It creates a lot of manual data entry and inconsistencies, which is a real headache. Has anyone here successfully integrated disparate systems with a central CRM? What was your approach, and did you encounter any major roadblocks that I should be aware of as we plan our own integration strategy?
